Prof. Adnan Enshassi is a Distinguished Professor at IUG and a Visiting Professor at TU Berlin. He was Chair of Civil Eng. and Dean of Eng. at IUG. He holds a Ph.D. (Liverpool), M.Sc. (Loughborough), and B.Sc. (Suez Canal). He is a Fellow of TWAS and the Palestinian Academy, and a member of ASCE and CIOB. He has 250+ publications. His research includes post-war reconstruction, disaster management, circular economy, OSH, sustainability, education, and procurement. He has received IUG Gold Medals, Humboldt, Fulbright, DFG, DAAD, OeAD, and British Council fellowships. He has been a Visiting Professor in the US, Germany, Austria, and the UK, an advisor to the Palestinian Ministry of Housing and PECDAR, and has collaborated with the World Bank, UNDP, UNRWA, WHO, USAID, UNESCO, and ILO. He speaks Arabic, English, and German.
